quake model format coverter?

awhile ago there was a program that someone made which converted between different quake model format's i cant seem to find the thread to it. would anyone be willing to point me either to the thread, or post a link to the latest version?
QuakeDB - if you have any cool quake video's please feel free to upload them on my moddb group!

thanks, but wasn't there one that was made by someone here who also supported things like iqm? i may be wrong though...
